Many thanks to all! Responses from HWH not withstanding I will spray them down and look into new springs. What's on there is clearly the older style, not tapered at the ends, and surely must be as old as the rig. I need to figure out what size cylinders they actually are to get the right size springs. And Enblethen when you say control rod and small bearing, which component are you speaking of? Yes they will pry up but a good deal of effort is required...
