HWH leveling system 310
I can't get my jacks to come up last time out had to use "T" handles to get them up. all lights on panel work as they should. sprayed with WD-40 too!

You are not explaining your problem correctly. From your post you seem to state that you DID get the jacks up by opening the T handles. Is that correct? If ALL 4 jacks would NOT come up unless you released the T handles, but all 4 jacks WILL extend with the T handles closed, then the SHUTTLE valve needs replaced. Explain all the parameters more fully. Doug
