HWH leveling system 310
I can't get my jacks to come up last time out had to use "T" handles to get them up. all lights on panel work as they should. sprayed with WD-40 too!

Here is the service manual. You should be able to figure it out from the manual.
I agree with Doug. The shuttle valve or the plumbing in that area should be the problem.
