use the service manual. do you have hydraulic rooms? do they function ok?
if so, check the 50 lb pressure switch on the manifold. a low battery wont let the pump turn fast enough to close this switch. this switch is labelled on the harness.
to insure a good 12 volt supply, try running the engine while leveling.
go thru the diagnostics. make sure the touch pad is plugged in. a loose plug will cause some of the problems described.
check all the grounds. then, use a 12 volt tester to find where you are losing power.
its not likely that all four solenoids are bad at one time. check the fuses on the control box.
again, the service manual will guide you thru the steps needed to find the problem.
