According to HWH, IF the ground connections are good and you have 12 volts plus to the Control box, the odds are either the Control box or Touch pad is defective. The bad news is, those parts are no longer available. You will have to send both the Touch Pad and the control box back to HWH for them to rebuild them. IF the control box is still by the drivers inside wall by the steering column, they would want the control cable between the touch pad and control box sent back also. Doug
Touch pad sits on the floor in mine. I took the touch pad/circuit board out, blew clean with air, reinstalled with same result. Looking for control box next!
take the number off the control box and look at the site I sent u a link for they may have a good used one
Control board(box) is silver and about 1/2 the size of a shoe box. On Tiffin, it is either on the front wall where the drivers left foot would rest or on that sidewall or outside in the front Storage compartment in front of the LF tire. IF mounted on the floor, then the odds are it is corroded from the LF tire spray over the years. Look at the back of the touch pad and if you see corrosion that is your problem. Doug
