I'd get a detailed understanding of the damage and repairs. If it involves something like slide removal it will be big $$$.
Another shop you could check is the small Elite Repair in Harrisburg. While experienced their shop started before Winnie and I don't know if they do that type of repair. But you'll be in the area.
