Need a controll panel for my slide. Called HWH to order lady took my number and said hopefully someone will call you back in four or five days that they are swamped. Are you kidding me.

I had the part number on hand when I called? Old part #AP11600 new #RAP90254.
I called last week for tech support and was told the same thing four or five day wait for call back. After some trouble shooting I'm sure it's the rocker switch. I did not receive a key for my slide room when I purchased coach so I was just going to get a whole new panel. I found a guy with HWH parts sense I posted and he has just what I need. Mine looks like This
