Need a controll panel for my slide. Called HWH to order lady took my number and said hopefully someone will call you back in four or five days that they are swamped. Are you kidding me.

Tech support is for TECH's not retail customers. HWH gets back to non-Techs in that 4 or 5 days. If you E-Mail them, you will get a response in 1 or 2 days max. Usually same day. YES, they are extremely busy. Doug
I had my situation figured out at this point. Just wanted to order a part and still needed someone to call me back in four or five days to order. I can understand the tech part but not to order a part.
Thank goodness I'm all set.
