HWH
Need a controll panel for my slide. Called HWH to order lady took my number and said hopefully someone will call you back in four or five days that they are swamped. Are you kidding me.

HWH in Moscow IA is very slow in the winter but the other months they are snowed under. We went there for service and it was packed. If they hire more people they would have to let them go in the winter. I found the same thing when we were in the NW and needed service. Every place we called for a new AC said it would take 2 weeks to even look at it.
That's one of the big problems of such a seasonal business in most areas of our country. Feast or famine, I don't envy those who are forced to make what are supposed to be intelligent business decisions with that sort of built in problem that they can't do anything about.
