Hydroboost and break power steering problem

Hi I think is possible that the hydroboost is gone and the master cylinder wen i replace the power steering pump i was hoping for the best after i buy it i find out that the RV has been siting for several years not moving so the engine is great start real easy but the power steering and very possible master cylinder seals are gone i think that it has a splitter mi be stuck or dirty They put this tings on a real bad spot you have to take the left wheel and is a small window on a pc a metal to reach from the side or from the bottom
