Yick with an RV. Have to go through NYC, not fun. That trip is well over 24 hours driving so considering I would do the following
- Go to Lancaster Pa, Visit the Amish for a couple days. Still have to use I95 but getting around Richmond and Washington DC is not too bad
- Go to Upstate NY, like Saratoga Springs using I87
- Then to Rutland Vt or somewhere like that
- Then to Maine via Vermont and New Hampshire
Probably adds 4 to 6 hours driving time but lots more interesting to see and do on the trip
