So if I needed this awesome factory service to "make it right", will they pay the fuel cost for my 4,000 mile roundtrip? Not to mention my time and trouble. People often talk about great factory service but how convenient is it unless you live close by. The should build them "right" in the first place. That goes for ALL brands.
