Even the gas chassis coaches will easily give you the 15 years these days. You just pretty much have to fight the non stop battle against water intrusion for the house and get the odd malfunction repaired that pops up here and there.
Yeah, they are not an investment like paying off a house when you retire but you are paying for the lifestyle. If you paid for hotel rooms to travel all over like that, that is quite a bit less of an investment than a nice coach :B
If you can swing renting your house out while you travel, that is a great situation, especially if you pay a management company to worry about the tenants.
