I too have installed an Bad Boy. I didn't like the sound, kinda high pitched and wimpy but loud. I reconnected the OEM Chevy horn and tapped off for a relay for the Bad Boy. Sounds pretty good now. Saved a dashcam video of a car where the driver was busy talking to his passenger while entering the highway. Both jumped when they heard the horn and tried to accelerate away. The two horns sound pretty loud in the video.
Someone had posted about the high pitched sound in a thread back sometime ago, that's where I got the idea to use both horns.
I used a std single pole relay and wire harness like Autozone sells and a mini fuse holder to an accessory panel I put under the hood. I forget what amp fuse WOLO suggests but I did follow their instructions.
An added note(no pun intended), in California and I guess other states as well it is unlawful to have air horns hidden from view.
I checked the online manual for the BigBoy and is shows wiring diagram and says to use a 20 amp fuse.
