I don't know if mine are legally installed here in the state of NJ. I bought it that way. They are visible, mounted in the grill. Someone went through a lot of trouble to modify that area so that they show through.

Also pictured are the inoperative roof horns. They do not appear to be "air" horns unless there are little compressors mounted on the back of the trumpets? Dunno how they're supposed to work.
