I had trouble with Alpenlite when I was full timing. Could only go to Alpenlite dealers for warrany service. Last RV was Jayco. Same crapo. I wanted to dump the Jayco but was just looking when a dealer in Laughlin, NV told me Monaco by Navistar sends you to any dealer for service. WOW!!!! You mean I can call Navistar 24/7 number & they will send me to any dealer for warranty svc? Hard to believe. Yup it is true. They treat their customers very well. Navistar accidently sent me to a Ford dealer with a gas filler neck problem. Ford couldn't fix it. Navistar apologized & said pay the bill & they would send us a check. Ford didn't charge us for a couple of hours of inspection. Navistar then sent us to another RV dealer that did a great repair. Not a Monaco dealer. We have been told that Navistar pays top dollar for warranty work. Most manufacturers discount their warranty service so you get bad repairs. I spoke to Navistar since the merger & nothing will change. I'm getting first class treatment from Navistar. This the best warranty service I have gotten on an RV since Fleetwould in the late 80s. I'd buy another Monaco or Holiday Rambler in a heart beat. If the new owners continue with the same policy they will run the other RV manufacturers out of business.
