I guess what makes matters worse fro me is I purchased my Fleetwood 5th wheel in 2004 from another Southern California mega dealership, the Fleetwood had many issues needing warranty attention. The dealership was so bad I swore I would never buy from them again. When I purchased my Winnebago the dealership had an equivlent Itasca, I passed on them because of my prior experience hoping Giant RV would have taken better care of me. Guess its a lesson learned, they want to sell and put resources into sales and advertising not to after purchase customer service...
