Typical dealer experience. After the sale they don't know you. The solution is an easy one. Stay off of dealers lots. Buy from a private party and if necessary hire an experienced person to help you checkout the stuff you are interested in.
Buying from one dealer, going to another for warranty service may not be the best thing either. You'll definitely go to the end of the line in that case.
Fix everything you can yourself,and if you are not handy you had better get handy. It will definitely enhance your enjoyment of the RV experience.
