Rent one for a while and go on an adventure. Nothing like investing a few hundred thousand $$$ in a MH and finding out your wife don't like it and won't have anything to do with it anymore.
Also, lots of things to consider that you can flesh out as you rent - like for instance; once you park and get all set up on a site, you don't have any wheels to go to the grocery store, site seeing, out for dinner, etc. Now what?
