To me, any RV of that length with a slide is pushing the capacity of the chassis. I know lots of people will chime in to say that they experience has been fine, or the chassis is over-engineered or whatever, but the numbers don't lie. I'd want to know dry weight as is sits on the lot (not the factory number, which leaves things out) and CCC. Think about the weight once you add all your cargo and toys, including a toad if you plan to have one.
Second, water leaks kill RVs. Any model with a history of leaks when new is one I'd be VERY careful about.
