Snowman - I've been looking online at the 24TB, too (and like what I see) The biggest drawback, IMO, is the 25 gallon fuel tank (I might have been reading specs for a Promaster Chassis?). Of course, the compact size will make those extra fuel stops easy to get into and out of. The beds are (barely) long enough for 6'3" Ed; and I'm hoping the bed offers room to move the driver's seat far enough back to accommodate his long legs. We'll be looking at them (hopefully) this winter at some RV shows...
I'm also aware that Coachmen doesn't have the finest quality control - but that being said, our first 28' Gulf Stream Class C was an entry-level unit, and served us faithfully with almost zero problems for 10 years.
