I know you are upset. The problem can be fixed. LCI (scwintek) sells about 8000 slide systems a month. I personally do not like the Scwintek system, but if installed correctly will operate just fine. There are a set of rollers in the main floor the room glides on. The Scwintek system just pushes the room out and then pulls it in. If the cutout is not square or the room is not square, there will be problems. From your pic, the Scwintek rail system (front and rear/they only sell both sides) will have to be replaced as the upper track and lower track are not in synch. That is the reason it is tilted and the floor is torn and gouged. They will extend the room and verify roller operation and replace the linoleum and the wood stiles that are damaged and the complete Scwintek slide system. MOST Scwintek problem are not caused by Scwintek, but the install at the OEM plant. There is NO 30 day period for buyer to return a Motorized or towable RV. Once you drive it off the lot, you own it. IF they fail to fix the problem under warranty in a timely manner, then you do have certain rights, depending on the State you live in. You may not want it, but it IS yours. The OEM will get it fixed. Doug
