I was an IDIOT for buying a Thor Palazzo!!!

I sympathize with your frustration. Buying anything new and having problems is the pitts.but when you spend a large amount of dollars for a motorhome, and have problems, well, that really is frustrating.....however, with that said, perhaps the fix might not be that bad. Perhaps, the slide has just come off a track or a track was not secured properly..might be a somewhat simple fix. Hopefully it won't be a big issue and then will have it back to you soon so you can start enjoying it.
