I would not waste any time getting a lawyer. If they don't care what leaves the factory, they are not going to care about the customers that bought these. I would be afraid that you won't get that back for months. Try to get your money back and buy something that has a good history like Winnebago, not that they are all perfect but they have been around for a long time.
