I was an IDIOT for buying a Thor Palazzo!!!

Know of a couple in the market who toured Thor, Newmar and Winnebago MH manufacturing and said they were shocked at the Thor plants lack of care organization etc and wondered why they even let tours in the place!
It took Thor off any list they had! Hope your problems can be fixed quickly ( all new Mh have Issues it seem Perhaps not like this though )
