I was an IDIOT for buying a Thor Palazzo!!!

I have sent my contact info to Good Sam Customer Care. We'll see where this goes. My wife and I have already come to the conclusion we don't want any repairs attempted on this unit. The Sslide out has twisted and IMO has caused structural damage. The reasoning behind the Lippert Shwintek slide mechanisms is to prevent out of line slide operation. This has caused the exact opposite.
