I was an IDIOT for buying a Thor Palazzo!!!

Slides have always been the weak point in many MH's. But the fault lies with the mfrs. trying to save a few $$ and using systems that are doomed to fail. Lower end Monacos use the cable systems that are problematic. Better built MH's will have hydraulic units and hopefully by HWH. Our Dynasty has 3 hydraulic slides and for some reason one electric. We did have one cylinder that leaked but otherwise so far so good. Our 05 Bounder DP uses Power Gear electric slides and they have never been serviced nor repaired! No cables. Simple rack and pinion setup. Any Lippert components on a MH or trailer are junk when they were installed.
