I was an IDIOT for buying a Thor Palazzo!!!

while camping at Fort Wilderness in Aug someone was having problems with their slides on a brand new Palazzo. Thor flew a tech in from their plant that fixed it on the spot and told them to call again when they get home. They were told to take it back to the dealer and the tech would fly in to show the dealer how to fix it permanently.
