I was an IDIOT for buying a Thor Palazzo!!!

I'll bet good money the coach cut out isn't the problem but the slide mechanism wasn't adjusted to take the slide in/out equally front to back top to bottom. I also owned a Thor product a Everest 5er and a shear pin broke causing the front to stop moving and the slide to twist .. I saw it and stopped the slide before damage was done and straightened the wall and replaced the pin with one that was stronger .. No more problems. Hopefully yours will be as simple. I'll keep my fingers crossed ! Good luck
