I'll bet good money the coach cut out isn't the problem but the slide mechanism wasn't adjusted to take the slide in/out equally front to back top to bottom. I also owned a Thor product a Everest 5er and a shear pin broke causing the front to stop moving and the slide to twist .. I saw it and stopped the slide before damage was done and straightened the wall and replaced the pin with one that was stronger .. No more problems. Hopefully yours will be as simple. Please read the entire thread... The issue is with the Lippert Schwintek system. Well, that is one of the biggest problems. The motors are too small. The components are too weak and they are prone to failure. There is a small 12v dc motor on both ends in the wall. The motor is smaller than the palm of an average adult hand. To prevent front to back mis-alignment, they use motor synchronization controllers.

After you watch the video... Then go back to the beginning of this thread and see my photos and tell me if this operated the way it was supposed to, less than 3 weeks old. Approximately 15 slide outs...
