I HAVE read the entire thread ! and didn't want to imply my problem was yours only that slides can have problems for many reasons and give some perspective and hope yours can be fixed Yes the slide system in yours may be the problem. It sounds like they are fixing the problem from a prior post it seems You've already made up your mind to attack them ... You might have reason but I'd give them a chance before you make any further assumptions or ? Sorry to irritate you further :-/ good luck
