Thanks for the reply. As you can tell I am very frustrated at this point. I know it's a day before thanksgiving and no one wants to hear from me about my problem, Camping World, Thor or anyone else. I sent a very polite e-mail to Thor requesting they send me a response back yesterday to how they intend on fixing these problems. I have not seen or heard one word. Should I call them, yes. I am actually giving them the benefit of the doubt.
