I was an IDIOT for buying a Thor Palazzo!!!

I am late comer to this but I find it very interesting to read what issues there are with units out there and the solution. DW and I looked at a new Palazzo as we loved the floor plan. Salesman unlocked the door for us to go in to look it over and the slide is torn apart with a bad motor on the floor and new motor ready to be installed. That was huge turnoff to us but we did take it for a drive. That was the clincher for me. It was like trying to herd a chicken down the road. Too bad as it had a lot of really good features. We elected to buy an experienced unit. It has not been perfect either.
