Unfortunately, that's the truth. I tried working with customer service at Thor. I even offered to trade for up to a Challenger to get out from under the "factory second" Daybreak I'd purchased. That was curtly rejected. Now I'm glad it was rejected as I've talked to one owner and read other horror stories on that unit and have since discovered that I'm not in this quandary by myself. Ultimately, prior to dumping it as a trade in, I got an offer from Thor by registered mail offering me $2,000 for my "inconvenience". On advise, I didn't even bother to respond to their insulting letter.
