I was an IDIOT for buying a Thor Palazzo!!!

WOW! I feel your pain. I hope they straighten this situation out for you. That manufacture should be embarrassed putting out a product like that. I have to say thanks for posting this though it may help someone else out that is considering one of these. Wish you the best of luck.
