I was an IDIOT for buying a Thor Palazzo!!!

This is the thing that gets to me..The manufacturer doesn't care..how many purchases did they cost them that have read this...?...they don't care..oh we will take care of it?...the thing shouldn't have left the factory that way and for their embarrassment they don't go out of the way for the customer....????

They need to A. Admit mistake B. Make things right with customer by giving them a fresh unit that factory does FULL PDI with..C. Take old one back to factory and have people LEARN from it......
