And if THOR won't take it back..Let CW take it back...and then offer another brand at full replacement cost so they can also learn...CW does a lot of business with THOR..let CW take the headache...and the customer will come away with a better thought of CW...of course, it is all too easy...when you hang the shingle you deserve to make a profit if you did your job right..and deserve to lose money if you did your job wrong...THOR and CW...
