They need to A. Admit mistake B. Make things right with customer by giving them a fresh unit that factory does FULL PDI with..C. Take old one back to factory and have people LEARN from it......
The companies I have worked for in the past use this thought process on defective products and any company that doesn't is one to be avoided. I for one now have a totally different mindset for Thor products after reading through this post. I see Motorhome magazine has an article on a new Thor Small Class A on an E350 Ford Chassis. I would not touch that thing with a ten foot pole. I am sooooo glad we did not spring for the new Palazzo. So glad! 93mastercraft I am really sorry for all your woes but it has helped some of us learn a valuable lesson albeit at your expense. We can only hope others do their research and learn from this.
