Seems like a lot of folks happy with their Palazzos. Just like any brand there are good an bad units that can come off the line. QC is non existant. 2 units can roll off the line wired completely different and that amazes me. Like I said before, a lot of happy Thor owners out there and every brand has it's issues. Not excusing OP's issues but I (as a Thor owner) am not sure I am ready to haul them into the square and stone them.
