I put a $7,000 downpayment on a '13 Palazzo 33.1 on a Friday phone call to CW, with the balance when the new unit arrived. They asked that I give them a cashiers check. I agreed but said it would be Monday before I could make the trip (100 miles round trip). Over the weekend I read many posts, here and other web sites. I decided not to buy a Thor product....taking the coach to northern Indiana for a slide repair (3,000 miles round trip) was not in the the cards.
I have had two Fleetwoods and one Winnebago over the last 30 years with few problems. I have never had a slide. Our present Bounder serves us well with plenty of room. I am looking at a 2014 Tifin Breeze 32BR. A friend has a '13 and brags on it. Anyway, I won't be getting a Thor.
