" We have talked to a lot of people in the campgrounds about their experiences with dealers and manufacturers. When I bring up RV.net, most are like huh, what's that? I find it interesting too that the ones with the problems know all about RV.NET"
I guess that I am different from most of the people that you run into but I have been on this site for years with few problems of my own. I read everything I could on the Palazzo before making the decision. Unfortunately, I too am having issues with the large slide. My problems are not nearly as dramatic, just wind noise and drafts when travelling. My problem is in getting it fixed. I believe that it will get done, just take about 4 times longer than it should. I told the service center in late October that it probably needed new motors. I was told on Monday that a new motor had been ordered and would be in Wed or Thurs. Today I was told that it finally shipped and will be in next week. I will be lucky if anthing productive happens before the week after. Apparently a dramatic problem gets better service.
I am not ready to throw in the towel yet by any means but I am glad that it is getting fixed under warrentee and during the winter.
