Well, Well…let me just put my 2 cents in here…or maybe 100 cents….I have had major problems in the past regarding warrantee work. The approach I use may not work for all but is to allow the dealer / manufacturer to correct the issue. if they do not then I will bring the issue to light in a public forum. I am currently going through a similar issue and if I do not get satisfactory results I will be posting.

Side Note, I visited a CW recently before following this thread and asked the sales person if the industry had corrected the problems with the full wall slide and was told they had. (I was looking at a Thor product and was the first time I had seen this track motor configuration). This and other forums are very helpful but you must sift through a lot of stuff and use good judgment for your own personal use.
