I was an IDIOT for buying a Thor Palazzo!!!

Are you telling us that you have the steel shafts and rollers and you still had this problem? If so, I will avoid Palazzo until the problem is corrected once and for all.

What the THOR Factory repair rep is holding came off my Sept. built 2014 Palazzo 33.2. Rollers on the bottom...Steel shaft with one he!! of an ugly weld. By the way.. the new ones went back in with the same ugly weld. They not going to be able to fix this thing. LOL Rollers under the slide out too. LOL this things couldn't move if it didn't have rollers underneath the slide out. Far as I know they've always had the rollers. Check out the motor on the ground. only two of them move this huge slide. LOL
