I was an IDIOT for buying a Thor Palazzo!!!

There should have been rollers from the start. Here is the link to the you tube factory installation video. It will show that the load should be on the rollers NOT on the rack and pinion. Its interesting that the video states no welding....and the shaft shown in an earlier should not be able to slide in and out like the video shows. Having watched the video and seen installations during factory tours I would think the problem lies not with the system but rather the coach manufacturers installation practices.
