Yes, Although I have never personally spoke to Marcus(I don't expect to) but I have a good feeling based on this thread and the "willingness the local CW GM is to work with us", the CW executive team knows all about this problem. Let's face it. Camping World and Thor has a larger issue here at hand. I've got the CW GM and SM telling me that Thor is getting "beat up" over all these Palazzo slide out issues. They are also telling me they are going to stop selling anymore Thor's until they can get there act together. (WHY DOES ANYONE THINK I AM GOING TO KEEP THIS THING AFTER HEARING THAT?) These are some of the things I have not mentioned until now. No need to go back in the tread to figure out there are larger issues at hand here. All I know is, come Saturday morning regardless whether CW buys this thing back or not, we are not accepting it. We are going to collect our belongings and walk away from it. We felt like we really never took delivery of this thing at any rate. There have been major problems from day 1. I will add too that CW had already offered us up another manufacturer. However, the caveat is I'd have to come up with 15 to 25 more K to make that happen. I have also not brought that up till now. All that was IMHO was a sales tactic to just make more money. Can you blame them? I for one cannot afford anything more and that's why we settled on a Thor Palazzo. Unfortunately it did not work out.
