I was an IDIOT for buying a Thor Palazzo!!!

The GM and Thor agreed that a unit of our same color was to be "transported" between The Factory and my CW. I got almost daily updates from the GM. Interestingly enough the day I was called and told that this supposed Palazzo had just came in the GM was on vacation. Someone got their wires crossed apparently and it just made a bad situation worse.

If I am reading this correctly, then the "replacement" RV is still on its way, or are you simply "Done' with it all?
