slides are pretty nice to have when your living in the coach and stay put for weeks/months on end but if your constantly travelling and setting up camp 2 -3 times a week then one or none is better to manage

Yes, I am a traveler. I do understand that things would be diferent for a full timer or someone that does't move as much as I do when using the coach.
