I was an IDIOT for buying a Thor Palazzo!!!

Well gang, seems like we have a stale mate. Thor has told camping world no replacement RV. We collected our belongings out of the Palazzo and I gave all the keys to it back to Camping World. This does seem to have the attention of upper management, thanks to Marcus. However, I think raising this up the Camping World food chain was not prudent at this point. We still have not made any progress and we are still without a motor home. This will be going on for three months now. This Motor home has not been useable as a fully self contained RV from day one.
