Quite honestly, your demands are too much. Payment for lost use, yes. 6-10 year warranty, not going to happen. If CW is a Fleetwood dealer, then maybe, if not, that also is not going to happen.

Shame on Thor. An online, grass roots campaign against Thor may be in order.
