I agree you should not suffer economic harm. You should get your money back and they get the lemon. You will have no chance at damages for a bad deal unless you can prove something other than loss of recreation. I would sue to get my money back and ask for fees. You are angry and need advice from a professional to help you through this. Defaulting is a bad idea especially when I think there are better deals available.
